Beautiful 19th century French Confit pot. The Terracotta pot is coiled construction and has a lovely shape it has blow outs and inclusions typical of a simple made village pot made for work. The rim is chipped in several places showing its years of use each chip telling its story. Its size allows it to sit well in any room and would make a lovely vase.
