Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This right applies to all items, including sale items. To exercise this right, please contact us at dustygemsinteriors@outlook.com before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To start a return, contact us at dustygemsinteriors@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalised items, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
