A great piece of French country pottery. This simple Village Made jug is Full of character and rustic Charm. The main clay body is full of inclusions and has pushes from the potters hands from where he placed it in the wood fired Kiln. Green brown glaze to handle and part of the body with a Caramel glaze to the inside. Would make a super Primitive Vase or rustic utensil holder.
