Early Nineteenth Century oil on Oak panel painting of a Dog that looks like a Lurcher. A great example of primitive folk art which has a real simple charm to it. There is a monogram of the artist in the bottom right hand corner of the panel. The colors are still lovely and bright but the painting could do with a clean to remove some stains.
